W H E R E
God Encounter Weekends (including all meals, sessions, and sleeping arrangements) take place upstairs in the Ministry Training wing of the church. Participants will sleep over Friday and Saturday nights in the church dorm rooms. Our facility is equipped with 40 Tempur-Pedic mattresses (and pillows) on standard-size bunk beds, several meeting rooms and lounge areas, a kitchen, and 2 bathrooms with 3 showers in each.
W H E N
The God Encounter weekend begins on Friday night at 6 PM with welcome, registration, and dinner, followed by the first session at 7:30 PM. God Encounter participants commit to attending the retreat for the entire duration of the Encounter, in order to fully experience all God has for them. The Encounter includes back-to-back sessions each day, with breaks for meals and reflection/free time. We will end the weekend by attending Sunday service together and having a celebration meal afterwards.

Dinner will be provided on Friday evening, as well as all other meals through lunch on Sunday. (Cost is included in the registration fee). Please let us know in the registration form if you have any dietary restrictions (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.).

If you are planning to drive to the Encounter Weekend, please feel free to park your car for the weekend in our parking lot on the property, at no cost to you.

Please plan on bringing your own (twin-size) sheets/blankets, pillowcase, towels, and toiletries, as well as clothing for Saturday and Sunday.
