Dave Owens (known affectionately to Embassy Church as "PD") has served as pastor of Embassy Church for over 15 years. PD and his wife, Pastor Carol, have 5 children and 4 grandchildren, and adore spending time with both their biological family and their church family. They both also love ministering to people outside of the Embassy Church family, in Washington D.C. and beyond.
